Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you download and use the Export iCloud desktop app and its plans.
By downloading or using the Export iCloud desktop app or website (the “Service”), operated by S9FT TECH, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Export iCloud is desktop software for Windows and macOS that downloads photos and videos from your iCloud Photos library to a location you choose, and can optionally delete them from iCloud after they are saved. The export runs on your own computer.
2. Your account and content
- You must own the Apple ID you connect, or be authorized by its owner.
- You are responsible for keeping your devices, Apple ID and exported files secure.
- You keep all rights to your photos and videos. We claim no ownership of your content.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
3. Export and Delete
“Export and Delete” removes items from iCloud after they have been downloaded. Deleted items are removed from all devices using that Apple ID and are moved to Apple’s Recently Deleted album, from which Apple permanently removes them after its retention period. You are responsible for verifying your local copies before permanently deleting anything from iCloud.
4. Plans, billing and quota
- The Free Trial includes a monthly file allowance at no cost.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- One-time file packs add a fixed number of files to your balance.
- Quota is counted per exported photo or video file. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and in the app and may change for future billing periods with notice.
5. Refunds
If the Service did not work for you because of a problem on our side, contact support@export-icloud.com and we will review your request for a refund or credit. Rights you have under applicable consumer law are not affected.
6. Availability and changes
The Service relies on Apple’s iCloud, which Apple may change at any time. We work to keep Export iCloud compatible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update the app and these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for loss of data, or for actions Apple takes on your account. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend access for misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Trademarks
Export iCloud is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. “Apple” and “iCloud” are trademarks of Apple Inc., used only to describe compatibility.
